Summer at Westminster

readingthebibleenews.png

Whether you've spent a lifetime reading scripture or are opening the Bible for the very first time, this summer series invites us to encounter God's Word with fresh eyes. Together, we'll explore the major genres, themes, and storylines of the Bible while discovering how historical context, literary style, and faithful curiosity can deepen our understanding.

From narrative and poetry to prophecy, gospel, and letters, each week will help us see how the diverse books of the Bible come together to tell one unfolding story of God's relationship with humanity. Along the way, we'll learn practical tools for reading scripture thoughtfully, asking honest questions, and finding meaning for our lives today.
