Newcomer's Guide

Church shopping or simply exploring new ways to express and strengthen your faith? We invite you to participate in the many activities, small groups, classes and fellowship opportunities at Westminster. Take all the time you need to explore Westminster.

There are four services from which to choose at our campus on Friendly Avenue with a fifth service on Sunday at the Lake Brandt campus . Learn more about how we are one church at two locations.

We encourage you to try several services to find which speaks to you best. To select a service, see worship services. We also encourage you to look at our " What Every Member Wished They Knew When They First Visited."

Becoming a member

New members are received each Sunday at 10:45 a.m. and Saturday night at 7 p.m. in the Conference Room (the first room on the left in the upstairs hallway at the Friendly Avenue campus) and at the Connecting Point at the Lake Brandt Campus following the 9:30 a.m. service.

This is an informal time. No classes are required to be taken prior to joining. We invite everyone to take all the time they need to discover and explore Westminster.

You may join by profession of faith, transfer of church letter, or reaffirmation of faith. If you have any question, please call the church office at 299-3785 for assistance.

How can I connect at Westminster?

We have a whole ministry that is dedicated to helping you connect in the church, make friends, and feel welcome. Congregational Connections Ministry helps to encourage and empowers members and visitors to become all that God created them to be.

If you would like a speak to someone on how you can get more involved in the church contact the church office at 299-3785.
