Racial Equity Training at Westminster

Westminster will host a two-day Racial Equity Institute (REI) training open to the public.

REI’s Groundwater training focuses on understanding racism in its institutional and structural forms. Rather than centering primarily on individual prejudice or bias, the workshop examines the historical, cultural, and systemic forces that can produce inequitable outcomes. Participants will develop shared language and tools for recognizing these patterns and considering how individuals and institutions can work toward change.

Cost: $390 per person

Breakfast and lunch are provided both days.

Registration is handled directly through the Racial Equity Institute. You can do so here.

Three free spots are currently available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Nancy Dezan if interested.
