Our Big Backyard: Connecting Across Cultures

Join us after worship for a joyful outdoor celebration honoring our immigrant and refugee neighbors. This special event will feature:

• Refreshments with treats from a variety of cultural traditions

• Children’s activities for all ages

• A performance by Ballet Folklorica, a traditional Mexican dance group based in Greensboro

• Community groups sharing about their work with immigrants and refugees, and ways you can get involved

  
  

This event follows a worship service focused on the call to “welcome the stranger” and “love our neighbor.” Come be part of a morning of hospitality, celebration, and connection as we lift up the rich gifts of our diverse community.
