3rd Annual Progressive Dinner

Our 3rd annual Progressive Dinner is scheduled for Sunday June 2nd.  Enjoy a great opportunity to bring church fellowship into our homes. You'll be dining with a different set of new friends and old acquaintances as you relax and enjoy generous hospitality and delicious food offerings of your fellow members. How does it work? The week of the dinner all who signed up will be given their itinerary for the evening which begins at 5:30pm and ends at 9:30pm. Each participant will be making three stops during the evening for appetizers, main course and dessert. All participants will be contributing to the enjoyment of the evening in some way. Opportunities include hosting a portion of the evening in their home or providing food to share at a stop along the way. Make a reservation online.   If you have questions contact Suzanne Andia.

Music

Music is a vital and meaningful part of Westminster’s worship life. Our contemporary and traditional music programs focus on enhancing the worship experience for all, and we encourage everyone to participate.

Connect at Westminster

We offer a wide variety of classes for people of all ages, including those in our popular fitness ministry. Small groups provide common ground for study, prayer and outreach opportunities. Get support if you need it or provide support to others in our church family. Explore all we offer and get connected today!

For Children

We offer Church School for children ages 4 and under , and for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. Take a few minutes to explore the music opportunities, service projects, and summer opportunities we offer.

For Youth

Middle school students learn, grow and have fun together through a wide variety of activities. High school students participate in activities tailored to their needs and that encourage spiritual exploration and growth, leadership development, service and more.

For Adults

There are many ways you can get connected, from education and music opportunities to W.E.L.L. Program offerings, from small groups to retreats and more.

For Everyone

Everyone is encouraged to participate in these special events in 2013.

Care and Support

God calls us to offer care and support to everyone—especially those who are in emotional, physical or spiritual pain. Members of our church family are here to listen, provide comfort and help. See how you can receive care or provide care.

Serve at Westminster

We are blessed to be a blessing. We respond by striving to share and receive God’s love through serving others. Our service takes many forms, starting at home and currently extending to places as far away as Kenya. There’s a way for everyone to participate in our outreach programs. What moves you?

In Our Church

At church, members serve through knitting prayer shawls, cooking and serving meals or working in the office, to name a few of the many opportunities.

In Our Community

In Greensboro, our service ranges from delivering meals to the elderly to building Habitat homes to tutoring underprivileged children at a local elementary school.

In the U.S.

Nationally, we send work teams to repair homes in Appalachia and to assist in disaster relief efforts wherever needed.

In the World

Internationally, our global mission work stretches from Mexico to Honduras, from Haiti to Kenya, and we send mission teams regularly to serve with our partners in those countries.
