COMING IN MARCH AND APRIL

Holy Week Celebration for All Ages! | April 14
Through interactive activities, participants will have a visual and sensory experience walking a circuit of spirituality practices at seven individual stations, ending with a labyrinth of lights. We hope the sacredness of this inward journey will enhance our journey outward into Holy Week. Following this is story time, followed by our egg hunt.

The Inward Journey | March 3—April 28 (excluding Easter Sunday)
Using a new video series from Second Breath (formerly the Servant Leadership School of Greensboro), Ernie will help us look at how Scripture, science and the Christian wisdom tradition all point to ways in which spiritual practices can be transforming. We'll watch brief video presentations, have time for table discussions, and try out various practices that help us experience God's presence and love.

The Artisan Soul | March 3—April 7
Scott Neely, a longtime Presbyterian and local artist, will help us explore Erwin Raphael McManus’ The Artisan Soul: Crafting Your Life into a Work of Art. With poignant, inspirational stories and insights from art, life, history, and scripture interspersed throughout, this book walks readers through the process of crafting a life of beauty and wonder.

The Universal Christ | March 31—April 28 (excluding Easter Sunday)
We invite you to take the opportunity during Lent to dig deeper into a transformative view of Jesus Christ as a portrait of God's constant, unfolding work in the world. Sponsored by Westminster’s contemplative ministry, this class will explore a webcast and discussion sessions hosted by Biblical scholars Richard Rohr, John Dominic Crossan, and Jacqui Lewis.

In the Garden | March 3—April 14
This hands on class will prepare the raised beds we have at Westminster and plant vegetables that will be shared with Fresh Mobile Markets. In addition, this group will help update the work started last fall in the Serenity Garden on the back of the Talent Field. This class will be led by Emily Reeves and Dale Mitchell.

Later Event: March 11
