Mobile Meals

One of the great service traditions of Westminster is the Mobile Meals ministry. Begun in 1970, the Mobile Meals organization ensures that homebound seniors receive a hot meal and interaction with the outside world five evenings a week. The visits also allow for the elderly citizens to be checked on regularly, as many of them have no immediate family to do so. Members of Westminster deliver lunch or dinner the first Wednesday of each month to as many as twenty seniors.
