Serve> Youth> 30 Hour Famine

For the fourth year, the youth of Westminster will participate in the 30 Hour Famine, March 25 & 26.

In years' past, the youth have engaged in a 30 Day Famine Challenge with daily devotions focusing on hunger in our community and world and special Sunday School classes. In 2010, the youth collected 3,212 pounds of food for the Greensboro Urban Ministry food pantry, surpassing 2009's collection of 2,403 pounds and $2,483 was collected for hunger causes.

The Youth don't just study the needs of the world. They don't just talk-the-talk, they are a hands-on, mission-oriented group.
