Discovering your own faith
in 2011-2012
Confirmation is an exciting time in our youth's lives. The Confirmation class helps young people understand not only what faith is about, but helps to begin to discover their own faith.
Classes are for 8th graders who want to explore their personal faith journey. Classes start in August and end in May with a confirmation ceremony during worship followed by a reception.
Our 2011-2012 Confirmation Class began August 28. Confirmation is open to all rising 8th graders and the youth and/or their families do not have to be members of Westminster to participate. Confirmation will consist of weekly Sunday morning classes that meet throughout the school year.
If you are interested in participating in the Confirmation Program contact Lucy Jefferies at lucy.jefferies@westpreschurch.org.
